I’m wholly on the mindfullness bandwagon and have been able to experience its benefits first hand – stress management, attention training to name a few. In a world with information overload, meditation and mindfullness may sound complicated and far fetched, but mindfullness is really about living in the moment. Staying in the moment doesn’t always happen on a yoga mat, or on the top of a beautiful mountain with a picturesque background. Meditation happens when all your attention is brought to the present, either experiencing how delicious your chocolate eclair tastes even after eating it for the 100th time, or riding a bicycle and focusing on just that.
