We think that it’s possible that if more people took the time to have picnics, the world would be a slightly better place. Dramatic? Maybe, but for our latest Chop Chic, we grabbed some things out of the kitchen and put together some pretty tasty picnic bites for a late afternoon snack. The key to a bomb picnic session is finding the right balance between the set up and spread. We dressed up the layout by using unconventional serving platters, like a tea cup for fried rice, and a vase for the strawberry lemonade cocktail. With candles, flowers we grabbed from the neighboring tree and plush pillows to rest on, late afternoon picnic snackin’ never tasted so sweet.
