There’s something distinct about all Cafe Neo cafes. Aside from its coffee, it has a lovely collaborative environment that’s known for welcoming creative professionals and executives popping in for their coffee break. Cafe Neo also caters to non-coffee enthusiasts, like those who want to enjoy a frappuccino in between work breaks while sinking their teeth into a warm bagel. It’s a very relaxed environment.
With branches in Ikoyi, Victoria Island, and Yaba, Lekki Phase is Cafe Neo’s newest location. Founded in 2012 and owned by two brothers, Ngozi and Chijioke Dozie, Cafe Neo has successfully tapped into the 98-billion-dollar global industry and marked this Lekki branch as their 13th spot. The brothers also hope to conquer Africa’s major cities with Cafe Neo’s signature 100% African coffee.

Like other Cafe Neo locations, the new location on Admiralty Way is no different. The cafe boasts transparent glass doors – which let in natural light – artwork adorning the walls, and the pungent smell of coffee.
On the decision to open in Lekki Phase 1
“Cafe Neo wants to be on every street corner,” explains Fikayo Durosinmi-Etti, Chief Marketing Officer, Cafe Neo.
We see Lagos as a city where we can expand to every street corner and in doing that; we’re opening outlets in every area. The whole idea is to provide a space, which is more accessible for all our customers. Next month or the month after, we’re opening on Isaac John, Opebi, and Ilupeju. There’s a lot of expansion to be done, but we are trying to open as rapidly as possible. Maybe once every month this year that’s the target. If we meet that, we’ll be so happy.”
Cafe Neo Lekki is located at 12E Admiralty way, Lekki Phase 1. opens 8 a.m. to 8.p.m, Monday through Sunday.
